Ingredients: 100% gelatin (porcine)
Directions: Soak the required amount of gelatin leaves in cold water for 5-7 minutes. Remove melted leaf remains.
Cold Product Prep: heat the squeezed out gelatin in saucepan and dissolve. Stir small amount of cold product prep into dissolved gelatine. Never the other way around. Then incorporate this into rest of cold prod. Cool for 2 to 3 hours
Hot Product Prep: Stir the squeezed gelatine directly into the hot preparation. Gelatine will dissolve immediately. |
